BIBLE, SPIRIT, CHRISTIAN SCIENCE
Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit. And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which worketh all in all (I Corinthians 12).
blessings--Spirit blesses man. . . . These are the effects of one universal God, the invisible good dwelling in eternal Science (Eddy, 1906, p. 78).
omnipresence--And, behold, I am with thee, and will keep thee in all places whither thou goest (Genesis 28).
omnipotence--Let us feel the divine energy of Spirit, bringing us into newness of life and recognizing no mortal nor material power as able to destroy (Eddy, 1906, p. 249).
omniscience--Superstition and understanding can never combine (Eddy, 1906, p. 288).
liberty--God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind (II Timothy 1).
affection--If our hopes and affections are spiritual, they come from above, not from beneath, and they bear as of old the fruits of the Spirit (Eddy, 1906, p. 451).
