BIBLE, ADAM, CHRISTIAN SCIENCE
Adam and Fallen Man:
As in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive (I Corinthians).
man--In this Science, we discover man in the image and likeness of God (Eddy, 1906, p. 548).
woman--Loose thyself from the bands of thy neck, O captive daughter of Zion (Isaiah 52).
serpent--Material sense does not unfold the facts of existence; but spiritual sense lifts human consciousness into eternal Truth (Eddy, 1906, p. 95).
heredity--Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him (John 9).
life--Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me. And I knew that thou hearest me always: . . . And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth (John 11).
Christ--If any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new (II Corinthians).
