Everlasting Punishment:
By mercy and truth iniquity is purged (Proverbs 16).
man--The perfect man--governed by God, his perfect Principle--is sinless and eternal (Eddy, 1906, p. 304).
Love--Divine Love corrects and governs man (Eddy, 1906, p. 6).
Christ--He is like a refiner's fire, and like fuller's soap: and he shall sit as a refiner and purifier of silver (Malachi 3).
Magdalen--Her sins, which are many, are forgiven; for she loved much: but to whom little is forgiven, the same loveth little (Luke 7).
health--Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee (John 5).
gold--The furnace separates the gold from the dross that the precious metal may be graven with the image of God (Eddy, 1906, p. 66).
